Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Lead automated testing efforts, including the design and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make technical and team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Establish and implement software development and testing best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- Proficiency in Automated Testing and Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
