Base Salary
$148k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help establish roadmaps and architecture based on technology and business needs.
- Unblock, support, and communicate effectively across teams to achieve results.
- Lead projects from idea to positive execution.
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code.
- Utilize expertise in Python, Golang, AWS, and AI to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Proactively resolve ongoing incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
- Share knowledge through tech talks and mentorship.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering industry experience.
- Extensive experience in object-oriented programming, ideally in Python or GoLang.
- Experience in backend software development of large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Successfully led the design and launch of multiple components from concept to production.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
