Base Salary
$175k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of web applications, leading technical design and deployment.
- Implement intuitive web user experiences and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and research teams to build innovative features.
- Utilize AI-native tools to accelerate development cycles and establish best practices.
- Manage the implementation of Harmonic’s website and marketing materials.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex native web apps with React.
- Experience with experimentation and iterative development processes.
- Proven work ethic, self-motivation, and passion for impactful products.
- Experience collaborating with designers and familiarity with Figma.
- Solid product sense and critical thinking about user experience.
- Experience with modern software development practices.
