Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and integrations for UGG’s digital platforms.
- Implement technical requirements within specified timeframes while ensuring quality and reliability.
- Develop reusable code and UI components for company websites.
- Integrate third-party APIs, functions, and widgets to expand site capabilities.
- Participate in Scrum and Agile ceremonies, including estimations, daily standups, and sprint planning.
- Guide and mentor junior team members on coding, UI, design, and complex technical tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of front-end development experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing environments.
- Experience developing web experiences for desktop and mobile using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related technologies.
- Proficiency with React, Bootstrap, and Vue.
- Strong understanding of web standards, including ADA and WCAG.
- Knowledge of website integrations, APIs, and widgets.
- Experience with content management systems and Scrum/Agile environments.
- A diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or Web Development is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must reside in one of the approved states listed in the posting.
