Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, integrate, and debug AUTOSAR Classic BSW and embedded software using C/C++.
- Analyze requirements and contribute to software architecture, detailed design, implementation, and integration.
- Work on automotive diagnostics, communication stacks, and fault management modules.
- Optimize performance and memory usage on microcontroller-based embedded systems.
- Define and maintain software architecture, design documents, interfaces, and reusable software solutions.
- Participate in technical reviews, assess risks and changes, and support automotive software quality compliance.
- Apply ASPICE, MISRA, and functional safety practices while supporting software testing and quality assessments.
- Collaborate with global teams and automotive customers and provide technical guidance and mentoring where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Hands-on embedded software development experience using C/C++.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, RTOS, and AUTOSAR Classic.
- Familiarity with BSW, DEM/DCM diagnostics, CAN/LIN, UDS, CANoe, or CANalyzer.
- Understanding of software architecture, design principles, requirements traceability, and software quality processes.
- Knowledge of ASPICE and familiarity with MISRA and ISO 26262.
- Good English communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
- Senior and architect candidates require 5+ years of experience in automotive software architecture or a closely related technical leadership role.
- Senior and architect candidates should have experience with architecture definition, technical decision-making, ASPICE assessments, and stakeholder management.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with ADAS ECUs, radar, cameras, sensor fusion, steering or braking systems, automotive cybersecurity, SOTIF, multicore systems, IBM DOORS, or iSAQB certification.
