Responsibilities
- Build and evolve AI agent capabilities and tooling for agent creation, maintenance, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Develop internal tools UX with context-aware chat, agent reasoning and action review, and follow-up instructions.
- Connect agents to internal data, external servers, and web dashboards without APIs.
- Implement testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human-in-the-loop validation, permissions, and safety limits.
- Scale the platform from dozens to tens of thousands of automated tasks daily.
- Influence system architecture and code quality, mentor engineers, contribute to engineering culture, and participate in hiring.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product engineering or full-stack software engineering.
- Strong full-stack software engineering and systems architecture background with a backend emphasis.
- Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or ML DevOps is a plus.
- Product-minded, self-directed, pragmatic, collaborative, and curious.
- Fluent English; French is not required.
