Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
- Develop abstraction layers across AI providers including Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI.
- Build scalable AI-native systems using containerization, microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
- Tailor and deploy agentic applications for finance, healthcare, retail, and other industries.
- Conduct client design workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions.
- Define metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
- Use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex to automate phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Embed with clients as both a technologist and trusted advisor.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience building cloud-native systems including APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
- At least 1 year of experience with agentic orchestration tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models.
- At least 10 years of Python, Java, or equivalent programming experience.
- Experience operating production systems with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability tooling.
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a related college program.
- English proficiency is required for regular interaction with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
