Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of custom AI platform components using Python and Angular.
- Build and optimize multi-tenant intelligent agents using ReAct, ReWOO, and Google's Agent Development Kit.
- Develop internal LLM/SLM fine-tuning planes, experiment tracking dashboards, and clean integration layers.
- Build Model Context Protocol servers that retrieve data through APIs without direct database access.
- Implement advanced RAG ingestion and retrieval systems, including GraphRAG, LightRAG, and RAPTOR.
- Integrate graph and vector databases, including Neo4j and pgvector, for thematic data retrieval.
- Design prompt instructions and intent classification logic for complex workflows.
- Work directly with subject matter experts as a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate enterprise workflows into agent-driven code.
- Partner with UI and workflow integration developers to connect backend agentic logic with user-facing layers and enterprise APIs.
- Set technical direction, enforce code quality and architectural standards, and guide technical teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience.
- 5+ years of AI/ML experience, including at least 2+ years in Generative AI.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering complex software or AI solutions.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and AI/ML infrastructure.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of AI solutions in production business environments.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or equivalent experience.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- Primary location full-time base salary range of $120,800.00-$170,800.00.
