Forward Deployed Engineer, Sweden
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents and experiences that take actions for enterprise organizations.
- Design prompts, reasoning flows, tool calls, and integrations using Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
- Own technical components end-to-end, including architecture, deployment, validation, and production observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Model data, validate pipeline outputs, and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
- Develop proofs of concept and MVPs, co-build solutions with customers and partners, and provide enablement.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience and at least one production system to demonstrate.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Required prior customer-facing technical delivery experience, such as consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with willingness to learn additional languages.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams and customer architects and deliver quality code.
- Ability to evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and stay current with emerging AI, data, and development tools.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce platform experience or certifications, familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex, cloud data platform experience, and expertise in data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.
