Responsibilities
- Own and build foundational engineering components for storage platforms.
- Collaborate with application engineering teams to understand problems and deliver solutions.
- Ship high-quality, scalable solutions with urgency.
- Drive high-impact initiatives related to storage solutions.
- Innovate automated monitoring and control-plane systems for database clusters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in large-scale cloud services.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with large-scale solutions using an industry-recognized database.
- 1+ year of experience building cloud-based control-plane software.
- Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation in a startup environment.
- Ability to architect and design systems using common back-end web technologies.
