Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support for mission-critical enterprise applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within established SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective solutions.
- Monitor application health and system performance using observability tools.
- Support release deployments, change requests, and production implementations.
- Analyze logs, application events, database activity, and system alerts.
- Develop automation and shared solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in incident management, problem management, post-incident reviews, and high-severity incident response.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Contribute to operational procedures, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
- At least 3 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, XML, and REST APIs or web services.
- At least 3 years of experience with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
- Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar DevOps platforms.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, release support, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Preferred experience with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring tools.
- Preferred experience supporting Windows Server, IIS, enterprise web applications, F5 Load Balancers, ServiceNow, Oracle Databases, SSIS, Linux/Unix, and high-availability business-critical systems.
