Base Salary
$210k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Elevate developer productivity by creating tools that abstract common patterns.
- Design, develop, and optimize a secure and scalable platform.
- Diagnose and resolve bottlenecks to ensure high-performance systems.
- Champion security and reliability for sensitive data protection.
- Continuously improve system resilience and efficiency during rapid growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices.
- Own projects end-to-end from ideation to deployment.
- Enhance and expand platform services for future products.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in platform or backend engineering.
- Deep knowledge of TypeScript and experience with Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently from architecture to production.
- Strong communication skills to influence technical direction.
- A track record of building secure, reliable, high-performance platforms.
- Passion for craftsmanship, clean code, and collaborative teamwork.
- Confidence in making strategic technical tradeoffs.
- A growth mindset and ownership mentality.
