Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the full product lifecycle of applied AI systems from problem framing to production deployment.
- Act as the technical lead for product areas, mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, operations, clinical, and compliance teams to ensure AI solutions are safe and practical.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI/ML engineering.
- High proficiency in Python and experience with modern cloud platforms like AWS.
- Hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, and scaling LLM applications.
- Expertise in RAG architectures, model fine-tuning, data processing, and human-in-the-loop AI pipelines.
- Preferred experience in data security and healthcare data compliance.
