Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python.
- Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions and AI-agent workflows.
- Integrate and optimize commercial LLMs including GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and DeepSeek.
- Develop APIs, services, and integrations supporting AI-powered workflows.
- Design and optimize SQL, NoSQL, and vector-database solutions.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend platform improvements.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional software-development experience with Python.
- Experience with LangChain or similar AI-orchestration frameworks, commercial LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
- Experience with REST APIs, HTTP, SSH, SFTP, AWS and/or Azure.
- Experience with application-performance monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or Dynatrace.
- Experience with workflow or data-pipeline orchestration platforms such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
- Strong software-design, architecture, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes cloud-native application development, microservices, enterprise SaaS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, release orchestration, financial services, compliance, regulatory technology, AI-powered search, NLP, or automation solutions.
