Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues affecting critical business applications.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning and continuous improvement.
- Support incident management and help implement processes that improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in team discussions, and share technical knowledge.
- Align generative and agentic AI capabilities with business objectives, scalability, responsible use, and value realization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Development Services.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services and a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Strong grasp of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
