Responsibilities
- Build a real-time network observability platform using streaming telemetry from physical and virtual networks.
- Develop machine learning and deep learning systems for anomaly detection, correlation analysis, noise reduction, and root-cause analysis across network infrastructure and traffic.
- Build RAG-powered conversational operations assistants that query knowledge bases and monitoring data.
- Develop operational agents that generate, recommend, and execute controlled network remediation plans and runbooks.
- Create network capacity, risk, and device-health prediction capabilities using historical data and business growth models.
- Design a highly available and scalable engineering system spanning data collection, model training, online inference, and automated closed-loop actions.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of data-center network architectures, including Spine-Leaf Fabric, EVPN/VXLAN, BGP/OSPF, and the Linux network stack.
- Mastery of Golang or Python with strong coding and system design abilities.
- Experience with modern software development workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience in big-data processing or real-time analytics with Kafka, Flink, ClickHouse/TSDB, or related systems.
- Experience with observability platforms and technologies such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Neo4j, alerting, and event platforms.
- Interest or hands-on experience in LLMs, agents, RAG, tool use, and safety evaluation for operations.
- Preferred experience operating or developing hyperscale data-center networks with 100,000+ servers.
- Preferred experience leading or significantly contributing to LLM- or agent-based intelligent operations projects.
- Preferred open-source contributions to SONiC, P4/PINS, eBPF, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
- Preferred experience with RDMA/RoCE, SmartNICs, NIC Offload, DPDK/eBPF, or network configuration and control systems based on SONiC, gNMI, or Netconf.
