Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of quality assurance activities across projects.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies for complex application environments.
- Lead and mentor quality engineering team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality and testing risks.
- Monitor testing execution, defect resolution, and quality metrics.
- Evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with SnapLogic.
- At least 3 years of overall experience.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, testing methodologies, and defect management.
- Ability to analyze testing metrics and drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with testing tool integration and automation frameworks for continuous delivery pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
