Responsibilities
- Lead a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies and quality assurance processes.
- Define and monitor quality metrics covering test execution, defect resolution, and testing effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and contribute to key project decisions.
- Monitor project progress, identify quality risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and professional development support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Tools Administration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Tools Administration.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Ability to analyze quality metrics and drive process improvements.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing team decisions.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
