Responsibilities
- Lead a team of quality engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies aligned with project goals and quality standards.
- Define and monitor testing metrics to assess test execution, testing effectiveness, and defect resolution.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Analyze test results, identify process improvements, and troubleshoot test automation and application-quality issues.
- Mentor junior team members and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Playwright is required.
- Proficiency in Playwright and knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Playwright.
- Experience designing and executing end-to-end test cases and scenarios.
- Ability to analyze test results and improve testing processes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for automated testing.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
