Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI features that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Generate customer profiles from various data sources including call recordings and surveys.
- Dynamically prioritize testimonials and case studies based on visitor metadata.
- Develop AI-powered surveys that tailor questions to customer expertise.
- Ship features regularly and contribute to the full development cycle from research to measurement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building features for SaaS products.
- 1+ years of experience with LLM-based features.
- MS or PhD in engineering, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Fluency in Python, statistics, and distributed system design.
- Real-world experience with LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks.
