Responsibilities
- Spearhead AI innovation by researching and prototyping solutions using Large Language Models and other machine learning techniques.
- Architect and build scalable AI services and data processing pipelines for high-volume document processing.
- Address practical production AI challenges, including managing LLM latency and developing prompt engineering strategies.
- Mentor and lead the engineering team, driving critical initiatives to production.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on complex, data-intensive backend systems.
- Deep expertise in building and scaling production-grade services using modern backend frameworks.
- Significant hands-on experience in the complete lifecycle of AI/ML models in a high-volume cloud environment.
- Mastery in designing large-scale distributed systems with knowledge of asynchronous patterns and observability.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence engineering direction across teams.
