Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in critical business applications.
- Analyze system performance and use monitoring tools to identify and address issues.
- Assist with developing and implementing support processes to improve service delivery.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Work independently and develop into a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems and their integration.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in software applications.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
