Responsibilities
- Build reliable systems that integrate large language models and AI agents into products.
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, TypeScript, and related frameworks.
- Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other NoSQL databases.
- Implement RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations.
- Develop RAG, embeddings, vector database, prompt engineering, memory, and human-in-the-loop workflows for production-grade AI applications.
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and follow software development best practices.
- Use CI/CD and DevOps tools to support application delivery.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product teams, UX/UI designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Mentor junior developers and take ownership of complex application and system architectures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents with large language models, including RAG and model tuning.
- Experience with GPTs, Llama, LangChain, LangGraph, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and production-grade LLM applications.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+, Web API, Entity Framework Core, React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and preferably Next.js.
- Experience with SQL Server, MS-SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience with RESTful API development, integration testing, unit testing, xUnit, Jest, and Mog.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Elasticsearch or similar search and analytics engines.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSocket, SignalR, microservices, Blazor, Angular, Terraform, Bicep, RabbitMQ, SQS, AWS, Azure, or on-premises data centers is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, independent ownership, and mentoring abilities.
