Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and troubleshoot custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop and customize BMC Helix ITSM workflows and integrate IT service management tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Analyze and optimize code to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Document development processes and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with BMC Helix ITSM.
- Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize code.
- Familiarity with integrating IT service management tools and platforms.
- Ability to work with APIs and customize workflows in enterprise software environments.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
