Responsibilities
- Develop frontend software and UI/UX specifications for the Mobility Service Controller and related MaaS services.
- Define functions and interfaces with software engineers and cross-functional partners.
- Create and document reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.
- Test UI components rigorously, identify edge cases, and support software, code, and test-report reviews.
- Continuously improve specifications, code quality, usability, accessibility, rendering performance, and error handling using testing, reviews, user feedback, and usage data.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of frontend development experience using modern JavaScript libraries or frameworks, specifically React and TypeScript.
- At least 3 years of experience with HTML, CSS/SASS/CSS-in-JS, and vanilla JavaScript.
- Experience with modern development tools and cloud infrastructure, including containerization, CI/CD, and AWS.
- Experience verifying and validating UI applications and designing web application architecture.
- Business-level Japanese, conversational English or above, and work experience at a Japanese company.
