Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive solution design, architecture reviews, technical decisions, technology roadmaps, and engineering governance.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with responsive frontends and robust backend services.
- Design RESTful APIs, GraphQL integrations, event-driven solutions, database schemas, and Kafka-based integrations.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
- Drive CI/CD adoption, deployment automation, production readiness, troubleshooting, incident resolution, monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence to coding, quality, security, maintainability, and secure software development standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and leading delivery of scalable cloud-native applications.
- Experience with frontend development using Angular or React.
- Experience with backend development using Java and/or Node.js.
- Knowledge of solution architecture, system design, object-oriented programming, design patterns, microservices architecture, API design, and integration.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure fundamentals, DevSecOps, and deployment automation.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, GraphQL, event-driven architecture, and Kafka-based integrations.
- Knowledge of automated testing, application monitoring, logging, observability, performance engineering, and security best practices.
- Experience with technical leadership, team mentoring, stakeholder management, delivery ownership, roadmap planning, Agile leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferred experience includes GraphQL, front-end observability, personalization engines, design token automation, Confluent Kafka, analytics-driven experimentation, A/B testing platforms, AI engineering, agentic AI patterns and frameworks, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, platform engineering, and cloud modernization programs.
