Responsibilities
- Develop the master test strategy, test plans, and test cases for the digital banking platform.
- Build and manage automated UI and API testing frameworks.
- Lead performance testing, security testing, business validation, regression testing, and operational testing across multiple environments.
- Drive defect triage, prioritization, and root cause analysis in complex, multi-vendor environments.
- Manage UAT test signoff and the business approval process.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recent experience in QA automation and test leadership roles.
- Hands-on expertise with modern automated testing frameworks for UI and API testing.
- Experience with performance testing tools and security testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for defect management and root cause analysis in complex, multi-vendor integrated environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps integration for automated testing is preferred.
- Prior experience testing enterprise-scale software deployments in banking or digital finance is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation projects is preferred.
