Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Design and implement HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and employee experience solutions.
- Define future-state HR processes and digital transformation initiatives with HR stakeholders.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
- Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and provide strategic solution recommendations.
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams throughout implementations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including extensive HRSD expertise.
- Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Agent Workspace.
- Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and employee-facing service management processes.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale HRSD implementations.
- Experience integrating HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms.
- Ability to lead solution design, architecture workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee experience, and data privacy requirements.
- Professional English and Polish communication skills.
