Base Salary
$230k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute rapidly to the core software platform automating the leasing process
- Develop and own new features that increase customer value
- Propose improvements to software architecture and design patterns
- Learn and drive engineering best practices
- Use automated testing and continuous integration and delivery to iterate rapidly
- Attract top-tier engineering talent
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience shipping scalable mobile applications to an app store
- Strong problem-solving ability with little guidance and a strong bias for action
- Strong system design knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience with Java, C#, Go, or Python
- At least 2 years of experience with Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C++
- Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven distributed systems
- Understanding of machine learning and data
- AWS experience
- Startup mindset, ownership, and ability to balance quality with urgency
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week
