Base Salary
$230k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the core software platform that automates the leasing process.
- Develop and own new features that enhance customer value.
- Propose improvements to software architecture and design patterns.
- Drive engineering best practices within the team.
- Utilize automated testing and CI/CD for rapid product iteration.
- Attract top-tier talent to join the team.
Requirements
- Possess a startup mindset with a balance of quality and urgency.
- Experience shipping scalable mobile applications to the app store.
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrate a strong bias for action.
- Knowledge of system design principles.
- At least 2 years of experience in Java, C#, Go, or Python.
- At least 2 years of experience in Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or Objective C++.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with machine learning and data concepts.
- Experience with AWS.
- Willingness to work in-person 4-5 days a week.
