Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for complex customer engagements.
- Architect, build, and deploy scalable and resilient GenAI and agentic systems.
- Frame ambiguous, high-impact problems and design proactive failure mitigations.
- Define client KPI improvement opportunities and drive measurable outcomes.
- Optimize system performance, cost, and reliability.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and communicate technical tradeoffs to stakeholders.
- Mentor FDE L1/L2 engineers and establish delivery best practices.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience in GenAI consulting for applications and infrastructure.
- Advanced system design and distributed systems expertise.
- Deep understanding of agentic architectures, evaluations, and tradeoffs.
- Strong command of performance, cost, and reliability optimization.
- Confident stakeholder management and technical storytelling skills.
