Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the Connector SDK, integration templates, and backend services.
- Build web extensions and tooling using React and TypeScript.
- Design scalable, secure, reusable integrations using API-first and event-driven principles.
- Implement data mapping and transformation between TeamViewer products and enterprise systems such as SAP, WMS, and MES platforms.
- Convert customer-specific integrations into standard, configurable templates.
- Write developer documentation, samples, and guides and provide technical support to partners and system integrators.
- Drive unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing strategy and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Promote responsible AI-assisted development practices and maintain engineering quality.
- Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, make technical design decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams in Europe.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience across backend and frontend, including leadership of technical topics.
- Strong experience with Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot, or Node.js and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with enterprise integration, REST APIs, data mapping and transformation, event-driven integration, and messaging.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor and responsible team usage.
- Consulting mindset with the ability to translate customer processes into reusable standard solutions.
- Experience mentoring engineers and working in agile teams.
- Good working-hours overlap with Central European Time and fluency in spoken and written English.
- Nice-to-have experience with SAP consulting, systems integrators, integration platforms or SDKs, SAP integrations, WMS/MES products, developer tools, or developer documentation.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe.
