Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP Commissions components, participants, plans, and rules.
- Develop commission calculation logic, formulas, quotas, and bonus calculations.
- Troubleshoot commission processing and transaction issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and support production deployments.
- Maintain documentation and support Agile delivery processes.
- Work with functional consultants, Sales Operations, Compensation, Finance, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable SAP Commissions solutions.
- Identify engagement risks, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting SAP Commissions solutions.
- Experience with SAP Commissions implementations is preferred.
- Experience with SAP Sales Performance Management and SAP CallidusCloud implementations is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with incentive compensation management processes and experience supporting global sales organizations are preferred.
- Strong technical, analytical, collaborative, and client-service capabilities.
