Responsibilities
- Lead the trials and deployment of next-generation engineering tools.
- Design and maintain the Model Context Protocol (MCP) registry.
- Develop and maintain standards for coding styles and architectural tasks.
- Build and promote AI solutions that support spec-driven development.
- Author onboarding documentation and security guidelines.
- Automate the tracking of AI Impact Metrics.
- Collaborate with security and finance teams for cost optimization.
Requirements
- Experience building and running production systems.
- Solid foundational knowledge of distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS in production.
- Passion for enhancing developer productivity.
- Understanding of AI risks and security guardrails.
- Ability to define and automate metrics for tool value.
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts.
- Curiosity to trial new tools and adapt to changes.
