Base Salary
$69k - $131k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and install RHEL operating systems.
- Configure and install network switches and other network devices, including NAS devices and terminal servers.
- Support and improve the DevSecOps pipeline through integration and test automation.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to pipeline-stopping emergency situations.
- Debug and correct stability issues in software baselines.
- Perform integration and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools on Linux.
- Maintain and enhance tooling infrastructure.
- Support software infrastructure development across the development lifecycle, including configuration management, problem tracking, operating-system configuration, and field installation and operations.
- Collaborate with engineers of all levels and occasionally travel to domestic and international stakeholder sites.
Requirements
- STEM degree and at least 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with ClearCase, Git, or another configuration-management tool.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government-issued Secret security clearance before the start date.
- U.S. citizenship because only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
