Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end AI solutions from idea through production.
- Design and build machine learning models and algorithms for complex projects.
- Identify and implement new opportunities in machine learning, AI, and MLOps.
- Develop new AI capabilities for business and analytics teams.
- Improve existing machine learning models and solutions.
- Manage machine learning solutions throughout their production lifecycle.
- Share knowledge and support colleagues in data science, engineering, and tooling.
- Work according to DevOps principles and take ownership of delivered solutions.
Requirements
- Approximately five years of experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or a comparable field.
- Completed master’s degree or equivalent level in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Applied Physics, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in ML Engineering from problem definition through implementation.
- Experience developing and managing machine learning models.
- Demonstrated experience with complex Machine Learning Engineering projects beyond standard solutions.
- Good knowledge of Python, Git, Docker, and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent English communication skills; Dutch language skills are preferred.
- Curiosity, ambition, conceptual thinking, collaboration, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
