Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build pixel-perfect interfaces in React and React Native for MetaMask mobile and browser extension experiences.
- Design and implement animations, haptics, and micro-interactions that improve product usability.
- Translate Figma designs into accessible, production-ready experiences with minimal handoff friction.
- Build agentic workflows and tooling to accelerate design-to-code and engineering work.
- Grow the MetaMask design system with reusable, accessible, cross-platform components.
- Move quickly from ideas to prototypes and validate experiences with real users.
- Advocate for high-quality interaction and visual craft across the product.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating polished interfaces, motion, and interactive details rather than only static screens.
- Proven experience shipping high-traffic, consumer-facing products with React and React Native.
- Fluency in modern JavaScript or TypeScript and cross-platform frontend architecture, including performance, accessibility, and scalable UI patterns.
- Strong interaction-design and motion judgment, including appropriate use of animations and haptics.
- Strong Figma literacy and ability to translate design files into implementation.
- Good judgment about when to polish and when to ship.
- Ability to work autonomously across a distributed global team.
- Hands-on experience with crypto wallets, blockchain, or related Web3 products.

- US base salary range of $149,000–$210,000, excluding bonus, equity, and other benefits, for US-based candidates; compensation outside the US varies by location, experience, and skills.
