Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software solutions that help Customer Service Associates deliver effective customer experiences.
  • Participate in scoping, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance, and code reviews across the software development lifecycle.
  • Create and optimize AI-powered solutions that detect and resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with customer and business value.
  • Analyze telemetry and contribute to operational improvements and technical roadmaps.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help shape the long-term vision for Associate Experience systems.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 1 year of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: experience with Java, C++, or C# and object-oriented design, or experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics, or natural language processing.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
