Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions that help Customer Service Associates deliver effective customer experiences.
- Participate in scoping, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance, and code reviews across the software development lifecycle.
- Create and optimize AI-powered solutions that detect and resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with product, UX, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with customer and business value.
- Analyze telemetry and contribute to operational improvements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and help shape the long-term vision for Associate Experience systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 1 year of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: experience with Java, C++, or C# and object-oriented design, or experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics, or natural language processing.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
