Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents and service requests from NNIT’s KPS customers.
- Perform KPS upgrades involving applications such as OpenShift, Rancher, and ArgoCD.
- Optimize KPS operations.
- Build automated solutions for NNIT and customer environments as a technical consultant.
- Analyze technology solutions and create prototypes for future product evaluation.
- Perform testing at different levels and identify and eliminate errors.
- Incorporate DevOps capabilities into development processes.
- Advise customers on their DevOps journeys and implement required tooling and techniques.
- Provide technical implementation across continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, containerization, infrastructure and configuration as code, and cloud-native tools and applications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical or engineering position such as operations specialist, operations engineer, DevOps engineer, or site reliability engineer.
- Experience with some of GitOps, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher, Helm, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, Ansible, and Linux administration.
- Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with automation, including automated deployments and testing.
- Knowledge of DevOps and its tools and experience with continuous integration.
- Ability to transfer and deploy necessary product components.
- Ability to reconcile Agile, ITIL, and DevOps concepts in technical and business contexts.
