Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for development, staging, and production environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code.
- Standardize environments and workflows to make them reproducible, secure, and scalable.
- Develop monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting for critical services.
- Support incident response, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
- Define and maintain SLOs while improving infrastructure and application availability, resilience, and performance.
- Embed security checks into CI/CD and maintain secure infrastructure configuration, secrets handling, and compliance with internal standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on release processes, branching strategies, and DevOps practices.
- Contribute to access management, internal system integrations, and technical support for selected event solutions.
- Document technical solutions and share knowledge with technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
- At least 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, system administration, or a related technical role.
- Strong Linux skills, particularly with Debian and Ubuntu.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or FluxCD.
- Experience automating infrastructure and configuration with Ansible and Terraform.
- Hands-on observability experience with Grafana and Prometheus, plus understanding of logging, tracing, and OpenTelemetry.
- Understanding of availability, networking, secure configuration, and incident management principles.
- Ability to prioritize long-term improvements alongside urgent operational requests.
- Clear technical documentation and communication skills with engineers and non-technical colleagues.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
