Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Python automation, developer CLI tools, self-healing systems, and custom infrastructure services.
- Build and operate observability pipelines for metrics, logs, and alerts across data centres and public cloud environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations, coordinate incidents, conduct blameless postmortems, and implement durable fixes, runbooks, and automation.
- Operate and improve the availability of messaging, caching, database, and continuous-integration platform services.
- Support deployment, configuration automation, health checks, production-readiness reviews, capacity planning, and launch support.
- Help product teams adopt reliability practices and contribute to AI-assisted incident triage and remediation.
Requirements
- Software engineering proficiency in Python with experience building developer tools, backend services, or infrastructure automation.
- Hands-on experience operating distributed systems on Linux and Kubernetes using infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, HTTP, containers, storage, and full-stack components.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English, with emphasis on documentation and cross-team collaboration.
