Responsibilities
- Support ODC products on Google Cloud Platform using SRE principles focused on reliability and automation.
- Own application and infrastructure availability, performance, scalability, and production readiness.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and automation pipelines using Terraform, Helm, and GitLab.
- Collaborate with development teams using a you-build-it-you-run-it operating model.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board reviews and provide Tier II technical expertise.
- Manage real-time monitoring, observability, alerting, deployments, configuration, rollouts, and performance tuning.
- Conduct operational readiness reviews, contribute to product roadmaps, maintain technical documentation, and support incident response and SLA compliance.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for production systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least 4 years of experience with application deployment, system operations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Production experience with Google Cloud Platform services and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with GitLab, Terraform, Helm, Linux systems, networking, HTTP(S), TCP/IP, and Shell or Python scripting.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, system integration, monitoring tools, and scalable technical solution design.
- GCP or Kubernetes certifications are preferred.
- Telecom or eSIM experience and familiarity with Scrum, incident management, and service delivery frameworks are preferred.
