Responsibilities
- Implement and adapt the internal development platform to changing engineering needs using data-driven decisions.
- Automate release processes and implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure and CLI tool components.
- Maintain and improve system documentation and runbooks.
- Participate in incident response and provide technical support for platform users.
- Improve frontend, backend, and mobile application CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain pipeline performance and error budgets.
- Adopt industry best practices and foster team culture.
Requirements
- Willingness to take ownership of specific projects.
- Ability to conduct meetings with internal clients.
- Experience writing production-grade code in Python.
- Experience writing user and technical documentation.
- Strong debugging skills, including diagnosing network and Kubernetes problems.
- Advanced Linux skills.
- Confident English communication skills.
- Experience with internal development platforms is a standout qualification.
- Hands-on GitOps experience is a standout qualification.
- Advanced programming skills and experience with other programming languages are preferred.
- Experience applying security best practices is preferred.
