Base Salary
$94k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, test, document, and implement complex software solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Investigate and resolve complex application, system, outage, and production issues through troubleshooting and systems analysis.
- Prepare and install solutions by determining system specifications, standards, and programming requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, apply system design principles, review teammate code, and mentor junior and peer engineers.
- Recommend operational, policy, and procedural improvements while identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling business risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant education and/or experience.
- Four years of software development experience demonstrating technical depth in specific disciplines or technologies.
- Two years of experience delivering technology solutions across all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle, including leading code and design reviews.
- Experience with Operational Communication systems and a strong understanding of CCM in enterprise content management.
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions for content automation, personalization, and development.
- Basic understanding of one or more of Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python.
- Experience addressing production issues, articulating technical challenges and solutions, and understanding cloud technologies and tools.
- Developing business acumen in business operations, risk management, industry practices, and emerging trends.
- US military experience or experience gained as a military spouse or domestic partner.
