Responsibilities
- Build, monitor, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve development workflows and deployment speed.
- Design, operate, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Improve developer workflows, tooling, automation, and productivity support.
- Standardize DevOps practices across engineering teams.
- Establish KPIs for security performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Partner with development and operations teams to integrate security into daily workflows.
- Lead training on secure coding, threat modeling, and incident response.
- Improve CI/CD and build systems, optimize Docker, Azure, and GCP registries, and implement code analysis and vulnerability analysis tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Developer Experience, platform engineering, internal tooling engineering, SRE, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with scripting languages such as Go and Python and with software development best practices.
- Experience optimizing developer workflows, tooling, automation, productivity, and developer support processes.
- Experience with CI/CD, containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code, monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
- Exposure to multi-cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-premises environments.
- Exposure to OWASP, SAST, DAST, SCA, and vulnerability scanners.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, autonomy, and collaboration skills.
