Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership through requirements review, user-story refinement, development-standard definition, and architectural guidance across services and teams.
- Develop and enhance full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, SQL databases, and related technologies.
- Improve microservices observability, reliability, security, vulnerability management, monitoring, logging, tracing, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, coordinate technical initiatives, and improve CI/CD, testing practices, documentation, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Maven, Hibernate, Liquibase, and Jakarta EE.
- Experience developing microservices and working with GraphQL and RabbitMQ.
- Strong frontend development experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and SCSS.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with JUnit, TestContainers, Mockito, MockServer, Jasmine, Postman, and SOAP UI.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, EKS, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with DataDog, Grafana, Grafana Loki, and Prometheus for monitoring and observability.
- Knowledge of Cognito and JBoss security and middleware technologies.
- Experience providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, resolving technical challenges, and mentoring developers.
- Strong understanding of Agile development, CI/CD, software architecture, code quality, performance optimization, and secure engineering practices.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot, Custom Skills, and AI Agents.
- Preferred experience improving development workflows and engineering standards across multiple teams.
