Base Salary
$152k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead adoption of AI-native engineering practices, intelligent agents, automation capabilities, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Architect scalable distributed systems and enterprise software services with strong reliability, resiliency, observability, and operational excellence.
- Define patterns for agent orchestration, collaboration, task delegation, context sharing, governance, event-driven systems, and information exchange.
- Design reusable software components, integration patterns, information architectures, and shared capabilities across the enterprise.
- Guide AI-enabled customer experiences, operational intelligence, analytics, automation, and decision-support capabilities.
- Establish architectural standards and influence technical direction across multiple organizations.
- Mentor engineers, architects, and technical leads while advising technology and engineering leaders on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing production-grade intelligent systems, agentic applications, or AI-enabled software solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI orchestration frameworks, workflow automation, tool integration, and AI-assisted software delivery.
- Deep expertise designing large-scale distributed applications and enterprise software systems.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, event-driven systems, streaming technologies, and highly scalable software services.
- Understanding of software architecture, system reliability, observability, performance optimization, data governance, interoperability, data products, and large-scale information management.
- Experience transforming complex information assets into actionable insights, intelligent services, or measurable business value.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, Go, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience delivering enterprise solutions across public cloud, hybrid cloud, and distributed computing environments.
- Demonstrated success as a Principal Engineer, Enterprise Architect, Distinguished Engineer, or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
- Ability to establish technical direction and influence organizational strategy without direct authority.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives with broad adoption and measurable business impact across multiple organizations.
- Strong communication skills for working with engineers, architects, executives, and business stakeholders.
