Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate issues across critical business systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across multiple teams and application components.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
- Act as an SME, contribute to key decisions, and manage team activities.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate stakeholder communication about support priorities and system updates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of DevOps experience.
- Proficiency in DevOps, including continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in cloud-based environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
- Understanding of scripting languages for task automation.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
