Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery engagements with partners.
- Map customer requirements to joint solutions and NiCE's capabilities.
- Support tailored demos and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Build and deliver technical enablement programs for partners.
- Manage the end-to-end technical relationship with key partners.
- Support scoping of services for partner-led implementations.
- Capture lessons learned from partner engagements.
Requirements
- Experience with AI, conversational AI, or automation in CX environments.
- Ability to translate business outcomes into AI use cases.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience supporting AI proofs of value or customer validation motions.
