Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and coordinate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Design and implement security policies, analyze and mitigate risks, and troubleshoot complex security issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Security.
- Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control mechanisms and identity management in enterprise environments.
- Experience designing and implementing security policies and procedures for software applications.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate software development and deployment security risks.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements affecting software security.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security issues in custom software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
