Responsibilities
- Own and deliver backend services and platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable distributed systems.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex engineering projects.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Improve platform reliability and operational excellence.
- Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and drive improvements.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure consistency in practices.
- Support production operations and incident resolution.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of backend engineering experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Strong experience in designing and operating scalable distributed systems in a cloud-native environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex backend projects end-to-end.
- Experience with high-volume, event-driven systems using messaging technologies.
- Solid understanding of system design fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, databases, and caching technologies.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in technical design reviews and maintaining high-quality software.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
